Job Description:

We are seeking a driven, dependable professional with strong commercial roofing knowledge who is ready to make an impact in a hands-on, growth-oriented role. This position supports field operations, estimating, project management, customer communication, and service coordination while offering long-term opportunity for advancement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspect commercial roofs, walk roof systems, and perform core cuts to gather accurate field data for estimating.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating service crews to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Help monitor field quality, workmanship, and jobsite safety practices.
  • Support customer relations through timely, professional communication and email correspondence.
  • Assist the Project Manager with re-roof projects and related field coordination.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and communication using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Travel to the main office once per month for training, collaboration, and continued development.
  • Periodically run leaks and perform small repairs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems.
  • Comfortable in a hands-on role with both field and office responsibilities.
  • Ability to safely perform roof inspections and core cuts.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of quality control and jobsite safety expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude and strong team mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Self-motivated with a go-get-em attitude and desire to grow.
