Sr. Project Manager

Position Overview

As a Sr. Project Manager, your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member managing the Project Team across all aspects of the build, resulting in the project's completion on time, under budget, and with quality that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects concurrently.
• Review and understand project documents including plans and specifications.
• Create and/or assist in the development of estimates, change orders, and project proposals.
• Manage costs, schedule, changes, meetings, invoices, and owner expectations.
• Lead project meetings with owners and subcontractors.
• Work with superintendents.
• Manage project engineers for meetings, permits, RFIs, submittals, and closeouts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in Concrete, Industrial, Manufacturing, and/or Pharmaceutical industries
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field
• 10 – 15+ years of relevant work experience in the construction industry
• OSHA 30 Certification
